Kristen K. Steenerson, MD
Kristen K. Steenerson, MD is a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in otoneurology. She specializes in vestibular disorders including vestibular migraine, persistent postural-perceptual dizziness, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and superior canal dehiscence syndrome among others. Her training includes undergraduate at Claremont McKenna College, medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine, neurology residency at Mayo Clinic Arizona and fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute. She is currently a clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford with positions in both Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and Neurology with the goal of jointly addressing the junction of inner ear and brain disorders. Her research interests include novel technology for the diagnosis and treatment of vestibular disorders, audiologic testing in vestibular disorders and improving access and education regarding vestibular disorders.
