Dan Wagner is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience in the medical device and biotechnology industries. His global experience has touched markets in over 60 countries and over a dozen diverse healthcare specialties, working with capital equipment, diagnostics, therapeutics, DME, and biologics.

Dan has held numerous leadership roles at industry leaders, including Olympus Corporation, HeartSciences, Signature Biologics, and recently as the CCO at Spark Biomedical. Throughout his career, he has led corporate growth initiatives, scaled business operations to markets, and integrated data and strategy into a cohesive operating framework that drives success.

At Otolith, Dan leads the go-to-market strategy and is building a robust infrastructure for downstream operations, encompassing market access, medical affairs, sales operations, and marketing. His long track record of successfully commercializing medical devices adds significant experience to Otolith’s strategic development and market launch of its technology.
